  I had a very disappointing experience at this store on 27-5 26. When we entered, the two lady staff members did not greet us or acknowledge us at all. We spent quite a while looking at different sunglasses brands, but no one came to assist us. Their attitude throughout the visit felt rude and unprofessional. We also noticed an option advertised in the store that mentioned customers could use a face app to help find the right shade and frame shape. When we asked for assistance with this, we were simply told that the lady who usually does it was not there. That was the only response we received, and the staff present made no effort to help us further.The Prada section was locked, so I asked one of the staff members if I could try on a pair. She simply unlocked the section and walked away immediately without offering any help or assistance.What made the experience worse was that we noticed them helping other customers nearby while completely ignoring us. Honestly, the behaviour felt discriminatory and racist, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Even after such poor service, we still ended up buying a pair of glasses. However, the overall experience was so unpleasant that we would never want to visit this store again

  As a mad Ray-Ban fan, I recently dropped and cracked the lens on my favourite pair. I managed to source replacements form the Ray-Ban website, and was pointed towards The sunglass Hut in the Trafford Centre for the new lens to be fitted. At first the staff were reluctant to help as they do not do repairs, despite the website pointing me to them to have the lenses replaced. Step forward @Helen/Store Manager, after she explained the situation, she was patient in hearing my side of the story. Ultimately Helen came good, she was engaging, positive and supportive. She turned a nightmare scenario (I know a bit dramatic) of not having my favorite glasses repaired around 100%. She did the repair, replaced the lenses, tightened and cleaned the frames, and now they are good as new! THANK YOU! Great Service Helen - Store Manager The Sunglass Hut Trafford Centre - Manchester

  Had a great experience buying a perfect pair of sunglasses, all thanks to the amazing customer service from a lovely young girl named Macey, she was absolutely fab, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Will definitely be shopping here again!
