I managed to source replacements form the Ray-Ban website, and was pointed towards The sunglass Hut in the Trafford Centre for the new lens to be fitted. At first the staff were reluctant to help as they do not do repairs, despite the website pointing me to them to have the lenses replaced. Step forward @Helen/Store Manager, after she explained the situation, she was patient in hearing my side of the story. Ultimately Helen came good, she was engaging, positive and supportive. She turned a nightmare scenario (I know a bit dramatic) of not having my favorite glasses repaired around 100%.
